The House

A beautiful home on the trails that has tried to meet every traveler's needs. The home is fully equipped with linens and dishes, 4 queen bedrooms with 3 twins added in, 3 1/2 baths. The spacious master bedroom has an ensuite jacuzzi jetted tub. A walk out basement houses a bar including extra refrigerator, game room with foosball, darts and board games galore. The downstairs living room is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, 65" curved 4K TV with Dish TV, XBox, a DVD player and WiFi. There are two other TV's as well, one in the master bedroom and one in the kitchen, so the chef can watch the game! The decks are expansive with plenty of seating. The yard is set up for enjoyment with a large fire pit, picnic tables, an outdoor shower plus garage with bike racks for maintenance or storage. Cross-country ski, hike or bike from the backyard onto the Kingdom Trails as they are just steps from our house. The home sits just off the Darling Hill Road and is minutes from East Burke village and Kingdom Trails for biking and cross-country skiing, Burke Mountain Ski Area for downhill, or Lyndonville and St. Johnsbury for golf and other entertainment. Willoughby Lake is 10 minutes away.

Enjoy the spacious yard with fire pit and plenty of outdoor seating. Access the Kingdom Trails from the yard and Vast Trails are just across Darling Hill Road. Burke Mountain with no lift lines and affordable lift tickets is just a four mile drive from us. Visit shops and restaurants in Lyndonville or East Burke each just a short drive away.
